1. Privacy Policy

At Vanguard Grooming Co., we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our website.

Information We Collect: When you purchase items or digital E-Gift Cards from us, we collect shipping addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and billing credentials. This information is used strictly to fulfill orders, process credit card transactions securely, send invoices, and communicate order updates.

Secure Stripe Processing: We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processor, Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. Stripe adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

2. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and tracking pixels to enhance your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and optimize our marketing campaigns. Some scripts (such as Shopify pixels or analytics cookies) compile data regarding pages viewed and cart operations. By using our website, you consent to the use of these tracking technologies. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though some interactive elements (like the shopping bag state) may fail to operate correctly.

3. Refund & Return Policy

We take pride in the artisan grooming products we sell. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for any physical product. Due to hygiene regulations, open skincare items, pomades, beard oils, and personal trimmers cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact our concierge desk at info@vanguardgrooming.shop. Please provide your order number and invoice details. We will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and a shipping label.
  • Refund Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited instantly back to the original Stripe credit card used during checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to post to your bank statement.
  • E-Gift Cards: Digital E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for physical cash.

4. Shipping Policy

We process and ship all domestic orders from our climate-controlled Chicago warehouse to ensure the integrity of our pomades, soaps, and oils.

  • Processing Timelines: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Shipping Fees: Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.99. We offer Free Standard US Shipping for all orders with a product subtotal of $50.00 or greater.
  • Delivery Timelines: Domestic standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will email tracking links as soon as carriers receive packages.

5. CCPA & GDPR Data Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold, ask for its correction, or request complete deletion from our systems.
